Jeff Romans

Senior Pastor

Jeff Romans serves as our pastor-teacher. He loves helping people become faithful followers of Jesus. He is married to the best woman he has ever met, Christine. They have four awesome boys named Christopher, Shawn, Samuel, and Andrew. Before moving to Montana, Jeff ministered in Akron, Chicago, and Los Angeles. He has obtained degrees from the Moody Bible Institute (BA) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div).

Rick Haluszka

Executive Pastor

Rick Haluszka serves as our Executive Pastor. Born and raised on the Hi-Line, Rick came on staff in 2013 at CCC as a Pastoral Intern after graduating with a B.S. in HHP from Montana State University–Bozeman. Having completed five years of training and discipleship under Pastor Jeff, including graduating from The Master’s University with an M.A. in Biblical Studies, he was affirmed as an elder at CCC in January of 2018. Now, as an Associate Pastor, he oversees the soul care of the flock through various forms of discipleship and biblical counseling. RIck is happily married to Julia, and they have five children: Ian, Laura, Emily, Luke, & Caleb. He enjoys reading, sports, Montana history, good conversation, good coffee, good BBQ, and any kind of dessert.

Dave Hilkemann

Facilities Coordinator

Dave Hilkemann is the Facilities Manager at Cornerstone. He and his wife, Dawn also teach the 2nd-4th grade Kid's Flourish on Sunday mornings. Dave and Dawn have three daughters, Anna, Sadie, and Callie, and one son, Silas. Dave enjoys riding his bike, drinking coffee, fly fishing, and woodworking.

Lindsey Gardner

Office Manager

As the Cornerstone Office Manager Lindsey is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church. She also helps with ministry and event planning and serves on the CCC finance committee. Born and raised in Billings, Lindsey has been apart of ministry at Cornerstone since she was a little girl and has been on staff with CCC since 2018. She graduated from the University of Montana in 2010 with a degree in broadcast journalism. After several years in local news she traded the newsroom for retail management until 2014 when she left the corporate world to be a stay-at-home mom. She and her husband Jeremy have two children, Dallas and Savannah. In her free time Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, catching a college basketball game, and exploring Montana. In addition to serving in our office, Lindsey serves on the Deacon’s Administrative Committee as the treasurer of the Deacon fund.

Patty Metroka

Kid's Flourish Awana Director

Patty Metroka is the Kid's Flourish Awana Director. Patty and her husband Andy were born and raised in Upstate New York. Patty earned a teaching degree from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. Patty and Andy have four children along with four grandchildren and one more granddaughter coming in February. Patty treasures spending time with God, her family, and good friends. She also enjoys working with children, teaching, and participating in outdoor activities.

Lindsey Kimm

Kids Flourish Sunday Director

Lindsey Kimm is the Kid's Flourish Sunday Director at Cornerstone Community Church. She was born and raised in Billings but attended Montana State University for college- go Bobcats! Lindsey and her husband, Travis, have two children- James and Audrey. Together they enjoy searching for the best parks around Billings, finding a good book at the library, and swimming at the waterpark.

Brayden Baker

Cornerstone Community Church Pastoral Intern

Brayden Baker serves as the Youth and Administration Pastoral Intern. He is joyfully married to His beautiful wife Adree and has one daughter, Daisy. Brayden was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. He has a B.S. in Business Administration: Management from Rocky Mountain College, where he also played football. Now, he is attending Westminster Theological Seminary online, pursuing a Master of Arts in Religion. He and Adree enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing cards, reading books, strumming the guitar, and being outdoors. Brayden loves coffee, talking theology, and watching sports.

Gary Flohr

Director of Discipleship

Gary Flohr serves as the Director of Discipleship at Cornerstone. Gary has a passion for men's ministry and desires to see the men of Cornerstone flourish in their relationship with Christ through fellowship, growth groups, and 1-on-1 discipleship. In his free time Gary enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Karen, as well as his children and grandchildren.

Jeremy Gardner

Office Coordinator

As the Office Coordinator Jeremy Gardner helps develop and manage the communication materials for Cornerstone including the website, church app, bulletins, and other platforms. Jeremy was born and raised in Kalispell Montana and re-located to Billings in 2011. He is married to his wife Lindsey and has two children, Dallas and Savannah. Outside of his role in the office, Jeremy actively serves with Youth Flourish, the CCC Worship Team and on the CCC Diaconate. When he's not working you can find Jeremy taking in a local college basketball game or enjoying a concert with his wife.

Joyce Hayter

Kids Flourish Nursery Coordinator

Joyce Hayter joined Cornerstone as the Kids Flourish Nursery Coordinator in March 2025. Joyce works alongside the Kids Flourish Directors and oversees the weekly care and operation of the Nursery. Joyce is happily married to her husband Jon. They have 4 wonderful kids, Taylar, Ben, Logan and Iann.
